• Take a sufficient amount of hair oil according to your hair length.
• Apply directly to the scalp and hair.
• Gently massage the scalp with your fingertips.
• Leave the oil overnight or for 4–6 hours.
• Wash thoroughly with a suitable shampoo.
• Use regularly as part of your hair-care routine.
